The weekend rate is set for a Friday/Saturday night stay with Sunday night included free so guests can either stay the night or depart as late as desired on the Sunday.

Payment and cancellation

33% is payable at the time of booking with the remainder due 3 months prior to the rental date. Rentals less than 3 months away are payable in full on booking. A £500 security/damages deposit is payable and refunded within a week of your departure. Arrival and departure times by arrangement. Terms and conditions will be sent to you prior to the rental commencing and a booking constitutes acceptance of all conditions. Please pay close attention to the cancellation policy. Rates are based on 24 adults and upto 3 additional small children. Please note that this is the absolute maximum number of guests and people other than those staying cannot attend the house at any time during the rental.

Please also note:
1) To comply with current legislation and as a courtesy to all your guests, smoking is not permitted inside
2) We are happy for a well behaved dog to come with you by prior arragement.
3) Fireworks are an absolute no-no – it’s a timber framed house.

4) Hens are welcome. Sorry, no stags.
